Genesis Dental Care are looking for dentists who care, who want career satisfaction and who want to make a difference. We are already successfully operating 15 large NHS practices and employ over 120 people and we are expanding.
We believe strongly in the achievement of excellent standards, through improving access and educational opportunities within the field of oral health provision. We are expanding rapidly throughout England and are actively looking for staff to join us, but we are choosy! To fit our ethos you will have to be aspirational and visionary. You have to be ambitious, and willing to think outside the box. In return, we offer fully supported CPD, with high quality mentors, and the possibility of specialist training in-house as the company grows. We offer enterprise support, taking the pain away from dental practice management, and allowing you to work in the strongest areas in dental service provision, and in dental customer support.
Dentists
Genesis Dental Care is keen to hear from Dentists at any stage of their development and career.
We are extremely well positioned to provide and support a Dentist's development and formally required CPD, with close links to Deaneries and experienced Dentists that are also VT trainers.
DCPs
Our DCPs are encouraged throughout their development and are supported to maintain their required registration.
DCP entry training too achieve professional status and a valued lifetime career.
Managers and Support Staff
We are always interested to hear from people with good people, organisational and keyboard skills, in a range of different responsibilities.
