Existing Practices have VT trainers and close associations to deaneries to ensure the best Clinicians are attracted, developed and retained. This level of development support is even further enhanced by a dedicated training practice within the Genesis Dental Care group.

Genesis Dental Care has proved itself to be an excellent partner to any PCT and as a result have been invited to participate in highly valued additions to the original contract.

Genesis Dental Care are also keen to explore innovative approaches with PCTs to deliver dental care in a manner appropriate to a needs and culture of a particular community. Genesis Dental Care does not believe in a one size fits all approach to health care.
